Gibraltar - patientbehandling i sundhedsvæsenet

Dacapo har igennem flere år hjulpet det lokale hospital i Gibraltar. Vores arbejde har bl.a. handlet om sammenhængen mellem strategi og dagligdag samt patientbehandling og håndtering af klager.

Senest har vi i efteråret 2010 arbejdet med hvordan man håndterer uenighed i forhold til patienter og hvordan taler man med de pårørende og med hinanden i personalegruppen om emnet.
